GRAPHIC DESIGNER
What you’ll bring to the table
- Proven experience in client/stakeholder presentations.
- Highly organized with an acute attention to detail and an ability to deliver production-ready files.
- Fluent in working within existing brand guidelines and in accordance with its standards.
- Experience executing design projects across a variety of digital and traditional channels.
- Robust experience creating client presentations and pitch decks.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment, juggling multiple projects at once and delivering on-time.
- A passion for traditional design principles, and a strong ability to both apply and challenge them.
- Highly motivated and hands on, with exceptional initiative and follow-through.
- Experience in collaboration across multiple teams and departments.
What you’ll do
- Guide the experience that connects users with content.
- Create projects from concept to completion, ensuring creative continuity and success for all clients.
- Work with creative teams to execute strong visual concepts from start to finish.
- Create innovative design solutions for any given brief.
- Create mood boards, storyboards and motion pieces.
- Retouch photos or create comps for presentations.
- Create materials for internal projects as well as new business prospecting and proposals.
- Work with team members to ensure the creative vision is consistently executed at a high standard.
Experience:
- 5+ years in a graphic or production designer role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Familiarity with Google Suite: Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts and Communication or a related field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
DIGITAL STRATEGIST
What you’ll bring to the table
- Experience leading the development of digital marketing campaigns for small and large brands across a variety of industries.
- Proven experience in client/stakeholder presentations.
- Experience with all phases of the strategic planning and design process, from discovery and research to briefing, design and testing.
- A broad set of strategic skills and experiences focusing on digital strategy, digital marketing, research and content planning, with a deep understanding of user experience, analytics and digital transformation.
- Experience in collaboration across multiple teams and departments.
What you’ll do
- Assess our clients’ current online presence, identify weaknesses, and optimize channels and tactics to accomplish campaign goals.
- Lead the creation of strategic deliverables, map customer journeys, and craft and present briefs.
- Design and execute ad campaigns on a variety of channels.
- Analyze the performance of our assets and adjust our strategy accordingly.
- Deliver reports on our growth and progress.
Experience:
- 5+ years in a digital strategy or digital marketer role.
- Proficiency in content creation, SEO, paid and organic channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
ACCOUNT STRATEGIST
What you’ll bring to the table
- Experience acting as the liaison between our agency and our clientele.
- Proven experience in client/stakeholder presentations.
- Experience with new business development and utilizing sales and communications frameworks for pursuing prospects and growing existing client relationships.
- Experience developing strategies, tactics and processes for effective sales lead generation, sales follow-through, customer relationship management, and client retention.
What you’ll do
- Retain and grow business from currently active clients.
- This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques and sales control systems.
- Work cooperatively with other departments to represent the interests of your clients without compromising core company values.
- Experience in collaboration across multiple teams and departments.
- Generate revenue and meet monthly sales goals through proven, effective outside sales techniques.
Experience:
- 3+ years in an outside sales or account management role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
