WHAT WAS THE CLIENT’S ASK?

We were tasked by the new ownership group to bring their new brand–with a new purpose–to life.

What was formerly known as Pronghorn Resort was now called Juniper Preserve, but consumers in the market didn’t really understand what that meant. We were brought in to reintroduce the resort to the community - leaning heavily into the new purposes driving the brand’s work and the vast array of possibilities that meant for patrons and guests.

If you don’t know who you are and what you stand for - you can’t expect others to.

Brand transitions can be very successful, but they also require patience and commitment. For consumers to understand what’s changing and why it’s good for them, requires frequent brand interactions with a clear, compelling and cohesive message.

Juniper Preserve is a gathering place, hub and sanctuary in the mystic juniper forest of Central Oregon that invites curious and active people and their families to explore the many ways to be well.
