WHAT WAS THE CLIENT’S ASK?

We were tasked by the City of Medford to build a comprehensive brand, marketing strategy and deliverables to promote the newest and largest community complex in Oregon; RogueX!

The 140,000 sqft Rogue X will feature three areas under a single roof: a 76,700-square-foot event center space large enough to fit eight basketball courts; a 35,500-square-foot natatorium containing a recreational pool, two water slides and a 13-lane competitive pool; and a core area for restrooms, changing rooms, gathering areas, and offices.

WHAT WAS THE CHALLENGE?

Engaging the community along the journey of construction through opening!

This is an exciting and also lengthy process of keeping the public informed and enthusiastic about the positive addition to the community and showcasing its many offerings, from events to basketball, swimming to yoga, open spaces and rental spaces. We wanted to bring the whole city along!

WHAT SERVICES WERE PROVIDED?

We engaged in workshops for both brand identity and messaging to inform our deliverables

WHAT’S THE IDEA THAT SPARKED SUCCESS?
